Winemaking

The grapes are hand-harvested, placed in 20kg cases at their ideal maturation point, with the intention that they present a powerful maturation, leading to greater aromatic and polyphenol concentrations. After soft crushing and complete destemming, the grapes are fermented in steel vats, thus allowing that the quality constituents present on the skins of the mature grapes pass smoothly into the wine. Aging: 18 months in new French oak barrels and six months in bottles.
