Cor citrina, límpida e brilhante. Aroma vívido bastante aromático característico da casta Alvarinho. A sua acidez e o álcool combinados resultam numa explosão de sensações olfativas única. Estrutura complexa. Volumoso na boca com uma excelente acidez crocante que completa o conjunto.
A very good choice for appetizers in general. The persistence of this grape variety means it harmonizes well with fish dishes, shellfish, salads, fowl and Eastern cuisine.
Should be served at temperatures between 6 and 8ºC.
