Its intensity and depth confer it a certain “hot acidity.” It is well structured and fresh, it is able to disguise, like no other wine varieties, a high alcohol content.
It harmonizes well with salads, fish, shellfish, white meat, pasta, tapas and Japanese cuisine.
Should be served at temperatures between 6 and 8ºC.
