The grapes that originated this wine come from different wine parcels in the Quinta Vale d’Aldeia, which is located in the Meda region, at an altitude of around 450 meters. It is exposed to dawn sunlight and the soil is schist-rich

Uvas são vindimadas à mão, para caixas de 20kg no seu ponto ideal de maturação, pretendendo-se que apresentem uma maturação pujante, conduzindo a maiores concentrações aromáticas e polifenóicas. Após suave esmagamento e desengace total, as uvas são fermentadas em cubas de inox, permitindo, assim, que os constituintes de qualidade presentes nas películas das uvas bem maduras, passem suavemente para o vinho. Este vinho14 meses em barricas de Carvalho Francês. Não sujeito a filtração ou estabilização, pelo que é normal a formação de depósito.
Possessing an intense red color, it presents itself very concentrated in the nose, with aroma of mature red fruits, wild berries and black berries, with notes of wood. The mouthfeel is elegant and presents good acidity and velvety tannins, resulting in a structured and harmonious wine.
Combina perfeitamente com carne vermelha, churrasco e queijos.
Should be served at a 16/18ºC temperature.
