This wine was produced from the Sauvignon Blanc variety parcel, located in the Meda region, Upper Douro, at an altitude of around 550 meters.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested by variety and plots and placed in 20kg cases. After being completely stalked they are crushed. Then the wort is slightly pressed and decanted until it achieves the necessary clarity. It is fermented at a 15/16ºC temperature in a vat during around three weeks with the intention of magnifying its primary aromas. The wine underwent a clarifying process before being bottled.

Tasting Notes

It presents a clear and citrine yellow color, with tropical notes. The mouthfeel it is very gastronomical with citric notes and a very fresh and mineral finish.
